re: Ann: Target's Update - Interim Advice... The key to this Tranzact situation will come from the values to be encompassed in the Expert's Report that is due urgently from Pitcher Partners. These values will determine whether 12 cents is a generous takeover offer price (unlikely) or a bargain for the NZ bidder (likely). Or if 3 cents is paid out in the new year, is the remaining business worth substantially more than 9 cents and therefore support a much higher share price?
