Just curious on the economics here. If the allotment on the SPP was about 50% and the maximum amount to be subscribed for was $15,000 and the profit that you would make right now with the shares at 2.8bid and the options at 0.8bid.

Then you would have received approx:
$8,000/0.02 or 400,000 shares and 200,000 options

400,000 *2.8 plus 200,000 *0.08 is $12,800 minus the $8,000 cost is $4,800 profit. So you potentially missed out on $4,800.

Do you have a discount lawyer or are you expecting some sort of "damages" or is there another goal?

I have no angle here (except if you have a cool way to make money out of this sort of situation I'd be keen to know how it works)
