From prospectus:

Prior to quotation, it will be necessary for certain Existing
Shareholders (including Directors and their related entities) to enter into escrow restriction agreements with Ambassador.
The effect of the escrow restriction agreements will be that
the securities cannot be dealt with for a period as determined
by the ASX, usually up to 24 months from the date of
quotation of the Shares on ASX.
Any Shares issued to Existing Shareholders under the Offer
may also be classified by ASX as restricted securities and
subject to restriction agreements.

We don't have to worry about these share being dumped. Original investors will be wanting more than the original 20 cent issue price.
