My challenge to the directors of QPN is that the company needs to cut running expenses to the 'bone'.

My concern is the cash-burn/results ratio is too high for a junior oiler.

Funding is difficult for the Junior explorers.

John(Gus) Simpson has a material interest in the company and would want QPN to be successful.

If there are going to be delays then the directors will need to take salary cuts, as a short term measure, for the ongoing viability of the company going forward in my opinion.

Gus Simpson has proved his organising abilities with Peninsula Energy so hope his skills will flow through to Quest Petroleum.

I have a material interest in QPN and would dearly like it to succeed.

My hope is that the company can advance enough acreage to attract a J/V partner.

Some of the top 20 share-holders could bank-roll a well?

QPN has some very attractive acreage which is no doubt increasing in value?

Just some of my thoughts from a concerned share-holder.

    Take care----Cham
