Yes mate, I was expressing my solidarity with their cause when I posted this:

"Solidarity with the good people of Ukraine standing up for their rights!"

I find the humility and sincerity of people from some of the poorer countries of Europe to be very charming and endearing. They have to fight for the very things "we" take for granted.

Just look at the apathy in the UK towards the corrupt establishment in every sphere of society from politics, most of the media and business.

Hardly elicits more than a comment on a website and a shrug of the shoulders.

Anyhow, getting back to Ukraine...having their gas turned off in the middle of winter a few years ago would not be forgotten all too soon IMO.

They know they need their own gas.
It beggars belief that the current government thinks it appropriate to institute a pro-Russian policy.
