Given the price level it is at it is obvious shorting is the reason. I have seen this alot lately in bot form where the bot keeps dumping stock till it reaches its desire target price. It then holds the price at the target for a period once holders have got the sh!ts it then does a huge buy and makes the price soar quickly covering the shorts and making a tidy profit too. Wont say the stocks ive seen this on recently, a couple were in my portfolio and i was thick skinned and bouht up when the selling stopped, and did nicely.

One would think such activity should be illegal but these days nothing is.
