LEI off another 40c to $15.70 even after another contact announced to build a motorway in NZ worth about NZ$800m, amazing, id really like to know whats going on, there surely must be someone on the inside with some info that know LEI will release a profit downgrade or something sometime soon and is selling, I thought LEI at $16.50 was cheap, $15.70 looks like a bargain of the decade, this has to bounce eventually, anyone buying more recently?
