MAD770: IF the A$ 10mio. at 14c is going to be correct, RUM's sp will come under pressure, i.e. normally the sp adjust downwards towards the issue pricing...
On the one hand, it will be a positive for shareholders to have a well-financed company going forward.
On the other hand, the dilution for existing holders will not be a positive, of course.
I guess we shall have to take the good with the bad!
