diligence of the board - holders wake up

dear supporters??holders.. sufferers.. true believer
please note again and again
and wont be the last notification..
the board of AQC continue to promote their famous Rio JV,,
of course nothin transparent, only on BRR which is a social media accepting everyone stories,,
in the mean time the board is placing shares to a kind of dealer.. see announcement of today,, place shares at 0.007,
i guess they are and they have been doing profitable dumpings....absolutely legal indeed..
for every seller they must be a buyer,, indeed??
but who get sucked in.. or will be holding the trophy??
the past trophy of director PB was the bentonite project..
never heard about it again..
now the coal??? only 2 holes from RIO,, PB know why he said??
i guess RIO decided not to waste any more monies...
just remember the blackwood JV or Cuesta JV.. never heared again in my search..prove me wrong if ??
so the 100 000 dollars capital raising does not cover the burning rate of the coy..
the board seems to be a happy fatty chappy kind of human,, working very hard to create holders wealth, for very high salaries expenses..
sofar we have seen a total holders shares wealth destruction???
can the situation be reverted .. that the question??
soon 1 billion shares on issue,,
no promising update from RIO maybe,, most likely a failure to proceed??
the worth scenerio more dilution..
the boom in commodities has been over for quit some time,, and will take a few years to ignate again,,,
if so we must have a reconstruction,, otherwise PB will to rich... i wish him plenty of wealth,, but not on the back of holders??
all the rumours made on this board , all have been passed
without reality and facts??
