Noble supplied $40 million cash to SDL covered by convertible notes and 260 million options,they must feel it will "get off the ground",they wont get their cash other wise.
When I did spoke to the SHD company secretary he did say the company was having some logistic problems.These included transporting ore to Mataraka and then unloading and reloading to different trucks for shipment to Darwin.
The last time I tried to contact him his phone had been disconnected,perhapes someone else would like to try.
