Just to add, COF currently has reported Earnings Per Share of 3.4 cents.
If market prices this stock at 10 times earnings then share value should be 34 cents.
If market prices at its peers EPS levels of 13 times earnings then share value should be 44 cents.
If market prices at the current market average of 15 times earnings then share value should be 51 cents.
