Hi,

I agree with you Bill, I have reread the announcements from this morning and this in fact does look like a pretty good deal for shareholders due to fact that they are running on the smell of an oily rag at the moment. The announcement says at least 1 cent. I put money here hoping for a 10 or 20 bagger but that looks like it will never happen now, so a bit disappointed about that but it is better then them raising cash at .005 and adding 500 million more shares.
