Directors dropping like flies...no matter the formal reasons stated for each resignation....experience would suggest there is considerable trouble in paradise. IMO, the most likely scenario is that either (1) there are wildly different views on what to do next or (2) people seeking to disassociate themselves from the company to avoid reputational damage (or both). Either scenario does not fill me with confidence. Also makes me think farm out is more distant than we hope (if one is forth coming at all). Shareholders rarely win from board room infighting.
