Forget the past you say. When did the past finish and the fresh start begin.

The so called fresh start began in Feb/March this year.
There were announcements made on the process that would take place, especially the announcement in early April. These processes never eventuated!

You state more future news with funds attached. Why would the company need more and more funds with the projected that you have quoted on here. How many Billions of shares do you intend the company to have.

Another name change what a waste of money, then what if this does not work do we change it yet again?

I find it quite amazing that you as only a shareholder know so much of what is going on and acting as the spokesman for the company. It should be the Directors informing shareholders and disclosing information to the market not a shareholder.
