Very much doubt that any "Farm Out" partners are buying on the market views. Once the deal is done the scenario will be that GGX will issue further capital of say 500,000,000 shares in exchange for the $20m cash or something like that. I think the volume traded in the past few days says that a deal is getting close (& maybe someone has got a sniff of it) & that somebody thinks it is still VERY cheap (which it is!).
