PK, that is my point. We had all the conspiracy theories back in 2001 too. Since then it has risen from $4/oz, to $49/oz, and back to $22. On balance, a good investment but not the $100, $200 that was being confidently forecast in 2001 as supplies were exhausted, new technologies came in etc. etc..
I'm sure it will get there, but the timing is unknowable.
