Seen lots of stuff posted about this stock lately.. so figured Id post a few figures just as a base for anyone interested.

Bulletproof earnings FY2013(audited) 2.2 EBITDA. Profit is still _unknown_ however its probably around 1.5-1.7million based on company tax rates assuming no surprises.

The fully diluted entity will have:

41.6m shares + 20m shares (ordinary) - 61.6m current shares at close today worth MC 20.4million.
25m + 16m performance shares (41m shares worth 13.5mil mc currentl)
Another 6.6million options all currently in the money -> worth 1.3million in cash to the company with a current MC dilution of 2.13mil (net dilution of 813k)

So overall fully diluted MC is 36mil on an EBITDA of 2.2million with an expected EBITDA for 2014 of approx 3mil.

Compare to some favourable tech names in recent times:

MBE: MC - 79million - FY13 EBITDA - $400k. Expected FY14 EBITDA ~3.6 to 4mil (based on Q1 NPBT)

MNW: MC ~129mil - FY13 EBITDA - loss of $3.415 million. Current quarter EBITDA (not including grants) - (-$400k) and

ADJ: 88million MC, FY13 EBITDA: (loss) , Current quarter loss of 1.6million with expected 3.2million outflows next 2 quarterS)

Could keep going, but basically I feel that although this has run considerably, considering the immediate on-list MC of 23million diluted with options , we are sitting at a fairly low range of EBITDA to MC ratio for the sector.

Further more, the performance shares have very tough conditions, making the 36million MC require a far more profitable company than it is today.

I'd say 50million (another 30%) would be achievable before list
