This company has substantial tax losses which are attractive to any investor(only good when you make a profit of course)and not much else. So lets presume the potential buyers are after those. What would the new investor do with the tax free profit if they made one? Keep it to reinvest in future real-estate? Pay it out as a dividend? I would like to see a clear statement from the potential investors as to what/ how they propose to run the company and the dividend policy.
