Then Advantage Telecom ATC (which later, after going into liqidation, has renamed to become the current Consolidated Global Investmants CGI)

ATC split off the original NGH mining assets and a couple of directors (Hills I think was one), and floated as Pelican.

ATC had a great story, but when the smoke & mirrors cleared it was a basket case. EVERY major deal that seemed to have potential that ATC has been involved in ended up falling over.

Same key person still there in CGI and PEL. Check out the latest circus proposed for CGI to see what might be in store for PEL.
