Very interesting observing the valuation metrics used in the states for similar cloud based IT services. Servicenow for example has a market cap of $7b, and here are some of the metrics it is showing:
Price/Sales:20
Trailing PE: NA (Not even profitable, although cash flow positive)
Forward PE: 300+
Revenue growth: 80%+ I guess this is the key right here.
Talk about a frothy market.
