Sandy Beard and John Hunter are Director and Company Secretary of CVC Limited, a cornerstone shareholder in MNZ.
CVC and Ellerston Capital (formerly James Packer's hedge fund vehicle) are also major investors in Deals Direct.
Clearly the CVC guys have been instrumental in orchestrating this reverse takeover and have a strong incentive to achieve a deal that delivers value to everyone.
