I certainly dont think that this vote is a done deal - it failed, as I understand it , a year ago and only got to 30% for change. The second time around people are not as motivated - other than those involved acutely with the process of the company.

I am not sure that ERM have understood the magnitude of what they are asking - each agm many people just return the form voting in favour of re-electing the board or giving the chair discretion. So many plus votes , in my opinion , will just by osmosis arrive for the incumbents.

This is a very widely held share with many shareholders - who I suspect few actively know what is going on. Will brokers who put their clients into it take the trouble to guide their clients in voting etc etc.

Really hope that ERM have done a lot more work and have following Clive Palmer and getting it in the news.

I hold primarily ERM but a few EGO to support ERM.
