Tough call bellcurve , my initial thoughts would be the inital 21c target but to be honest the finance opens up huge potential for growth .... if they add more acerage/speed up production I can see a potential 30c target that RBS gave.
At last check RFE was sitting at 248mil market cap with 3100 boed with less reserves than we have. (note our expenses are less than RFE also).
Now the question would be if we are sitting on 1600-1800 boed in 6-9 months time with increased production from financing and increased acerage is 129.9 mil market cap possible (30cents) I say easily possible (with the expection of CR, which may or may not happen).
Lets say even IF we are on par with RFE in investors eyes regarding reserves and acerage, F&D cost ect. (and its a big if i think AOK kills them personally). If you scale it off RFE share price and we are sitting on 1550boed 6months from now (half production of RFE) , the cap should be at least 124Mil (half of RFE SP )in an ideal world.
In 1 Year if we are pushing 2500 Boed given our lower expenses , more oil and possibly similar or slightly less acerage (after we purchase some more) why couldnt we be rivaling RFE in terms of Market Cap?
Happy for any opposers because I would like to hear the other side of the story.
Kind Regards,
Akap
