With respect, it will not be like the current AHZ (if that is what you are referring to) that is non-renounceable rights issue and it is what ECQ should have done.
To quote from last night's release to the market, section 6.1 para (b)...
"The Underwriters are entitled to obtain firm
commitments from third parties to take up part or all of the Shares underwritten".
So Tractor, you can be diluted to hell IF they so choose, which has been my point all along.
Imagine if something really good is discovered over the next few weeks--they can take the lot!
I am it and are with you, it looks a great prospect... however there is big BUT hanging over how the shareholders may be being treated, either by the underwrites or the company or both.
