Cuervo has been delisted from the Toronto stock exchange and is now on the pink sheet OTC market only 2k shares have traded since sept 6. from my reading this happens for companies that cannot meet the standards of the main boards due to approaching bankruptcy.

Doesn't look like they are in a strong negotiating position to get much from their project past the removal of the debt to srk.

Would be nice to get an update on what's happening with this.
