The ann's have all been good imo but there are a few unknown's and spec market still pretty sad so guess we are stuck here for a while longer. Same situation on many of the others so I don't see a need to rush one way or another. Sonris is a better indication of where we are at which is in Limbo until mgt can give more detailed update.
