Obviously we may be lucky to get the bite like this - but you look overseas @ how these are listing & they're not starting off by bringing micro cap retailers into it getting acquired and splitting there ownership for 40% of a $15M company - overseas example companies are shaving of 20% of the company to list publicly retaining the bulk and taking $50M cash for it.

All in time interesting how it's going to play out though
