It's not a theory, it's a fact to anyone who saw the top20 a month ago and compared it to today's. Around 40 million shares offloaded by new shareholder mostly between 2.4c and 2c. If 40 million shares in around a month from the largest shareholder is not a dump, then I dont know what is.
What is not known is whether they will continue selling until they have zero left. They have a habit of taking small breaks and then selling hard again which is why 2.4c has repeatedly failed over the last month.
So the question that begs answering is whether they will retain a core position, and if so, what size. As for the other seller, not dumping, but selling at these lows and that can only continue for another 40 million.
