Not too sure about PNG or Jamacia, but have a look on EWC web site under projects and click on Sri Lanka and this is what you get:

Kerawalapitiya 600MW power station:

•This terminal will act as a hub for onward distribution of LNG throughout Sri Lanka
•Energy World Group will develop a CCGT power station at this site

Note that in the article I put on HC (Sri Lanka), EWI also referred to the EWC Group, the same as in EWC's doc above. But if you look just above at the disclaimer, which company is stating ownership of this project.
EWC not EWI.
My point is that EWI may be the "so called parent company" but EWC would be the company in which all projects will eventually fall under.
