Yep. Been following this mob since recapitalization, etc.

Where am I wrong?

Might be a new guy at the top, but it is still the same company. Just as, the company is paying the fines for past infringements.

And on that note, I can't believe that ASIC finally investigate a coupla pretty important infringements (based no doubt on certain shareholders prompting them) and win, and the fine is a piddly 66k. Paid by the company!

Go figure.
