I agree with you. That said the value is in the patents that cynata holds.
Washer was instrumental in raising 30m for isonea.
Ivor was significant for CDI in raising 40m.
Both of them men are working on the merged entity Cynata through Eco quest. They have done it before and they will raise the funds again. History is a good guide here IMO
