Cashflow from ferrotungsten sales used to pay off debt early and also to take full control of mt mulgine. Dont think they need cash yet unless they wanted to take ATC out.
But paying of debt early gives credibility and as they mentioned they have been offered further debt by other interested parties.
So dont think any CR.
