They have kept the company going by issuing more shares in a capital raising. For keeping the company alive, they deserve performance shares. Furthermore, they deserve regular dispensations of performance shares so long as the company continues to live, for that in itself is proof of performance. Ideally they will be issued in parcels of a quarter to a half billion shares at a time.
I sold my AYN in 2010 for a small profit. Never brought back in. Own CCU now, and could sell today for a profit, but that would be foolish, as CCU is going much higher.
Today there has been a big bull-market move of 33.33%. I predict that the next move will be a 25% downwards move. Then it will be another 33.33% move up, then 25% down.
