What's the best way to rectify my mistake of loans and borrowings?

Regards to the Contingencies, i read it as, on page 77, a number of contracts are now the subject of claims by customers or suppliers. If all claims were to be settled at the total claim amount, then the amount not provided for is approximately $3,500,000 (2012: $3,500,000) excluding those amounts the Company consider settlement to be remote.
