I've just spoken to Ian Christiansen from AFL who gave me a call and he is currently in Adelaide doing broking presentations on both BXP & AFL.

He says there's no explanation why the drop, it was more a fact that they've just come out of 5 weeks suspension for the Annual Report etc.

He says that the AFL shareprices should be pegged close to that of BXP's, so if BXP hasn't gone down as well, then AFL will almost certainly go back up.

He basically told me not to worry as he is extremely confident the SP will be back up there real soon as he basically said good news is on the way but couldn't expand further obviously for disclosure laws etc etc.

Not happy as it has eaten into my great profit last week in IOH but if I sell out now, I'll still be up which is ok I guess.

Not happy but sticking with it because fundamentally it is extremelly undervalued based purely on its BXP holding. Gonna stick it through because I believe it will rise again in the near future.
