I'm afriad I do know Unite and give that you are here to solicited people for their voting shares. I think it more than appropreate that anyone considering giving their details to you know as well.

Here's how I know.(anyone can follow this but you will have to do a bit of work as I can not post certain things).

You freely gave out a new set up email with you research and investment company name and address.

A cross referance of that information shows a substacial notice on PADBURY MINING PDY. On the 18/3/11 you and your suds became a substantial holder with 5.36%

I also checked with ASIC and confirmed the same addresses for the subs names.
One of these sub names is now in the top 10.

Wondering how far back this went. I research CCC and the name now on the top 10.
No match.
When I cross referanced another sub name. It lead me right back to 07 and Continental capital, 7 months before the coal assets were aquired showing that nominee with 1,500,000

The first Annual of CCC in 2009 puts this sub at 11m shares.
2010 12m shares.
2011 this sub is no longer in the top 20. (1m needed to be in it)

Of course 2011 is the year of the sub notice on PDY which puts it at around the high of CCC.

Again. In PDY you used this 5.36% (86m shares) to remove the board. 7 months later with a merge happening not fare off that. You intervention didn't help share holder value there.
28c at your notice. 3c today.

After posting you are here because of VMR and how wondeful they are.
You now are saying you want the shares to stop VMR. In fact you shouted it. Stop them from what????
Now everything is in SA. Are you afriad they might de list here.

THE REASON I AM HERE IS BECAUSE VMR HAVE 116M VOTES
I HAVE NOT PURCHASED MY SHARES AFTER VMR AS YOU ARE POSTING
I AM GAINING SUPPORT FROM THE SMALLER SHAREHOLDERS SO WE HAVE MORE SHARES THAN VMR SO WE CAN OUT VOTE THEM IF REQUIRED. (for the record I said before. Not after)

I think it very fair and reasonable for poeple to know the history before giving a straighter their private details.
