The only problem is that the grades and deposit IVA has isn't big. Though, IVA is undervalued. This doesn't convince a company like OZL to bid for us.

OZL seems to be under Terry Burgess is a slowly dying company if they act on the M&A front. SFR is clearly an expensive target at these prices. So IVA is a cheaper option.
