Given they raised at 2c in Jan to raise at 4c (or 3.6 if discount the options) wasn't bad on no sales or deals to date.
I think some bigger players have been in the wings for awhile, but waiting to know that the company was more stable and ready to take the next steps. Hopefully, we're almost there now.
