Even a moron could see the course of events here is a disgrace and we've all been sold a lemon. The couple of self-professed research kings didn't regurgitate this "little" fact. This might explain their silence, over the last week. Did they know about this? Did they put into the SPP? If not, clearly ASIC should be investigating this matter.

This deal was supposedly worth S$6m....and it was hidden that it WAS worth S$6m to Luye! On this basis, PrIME is worth -S$60m to NuSep.

This begs the question, will any fund now put money in? Will anyone take up the 1% blocks? I doubt it.

And we should know today how much was scammed from shareholders at the SPP.
