Fourdollars I agree with your second point to a degree, my accountancy skills aren't up to scratch but as the statement read "Higher asset value as a result of capitalisation of net operating costs during the longer than planned commissioning phase of the project." I'm assuming funds known as operating capital contributing to plant development resulting in increased capitalisation. Can we now assume that commissioning is now complete and there is to be a change is accountancy practices that reflects an operational phase? Good to see this style of pre framed warning statement so as not to startle the market with a sudden change. Any input from someone with a better accountancy understanding greatly appreciated
