Unless I knew something that was a company maker, I wouldn't be throwing another $1K at this company, let alone $16K.
It would take either someone who is in on the action, or has a crystal ball to invest in THR while there are other better opportunities out there. On the other hand, I guess it could also be a novice investor who has no idea what they are doing :-)
