melbourne meeting, page-18

FX and K,
I did attend the Melbourne meeting and was glad I did. This was a first time for me and I wasn't sure until the morning whether I would be able to get away from the office and travel to Melbourne in time.
As it was I think it was worth the 6.30am start in the office and the 376 Klm round journey.
I did ask some of your hard questions FX and was largely satisfied with the responses. I took several pages of notes and want to think about the material for a while before I post a more considered report of what was said.
There were three company execs and maybe a dozen investors present...I didn't count but there were no vacant seats around the large Board table and I got the impression that the catering was spot on. In other words I think the numbers they were expecting to the briefing all turned up. If RB had arrived it would have been standing room only.
I will just say two things now: (1) I was particularly impressed with Dr Hari Nair's part of the presentation. He impressed me as a man of integrity who is primarily concerned about the benefits of the technology he has developed being used to benefit people with significant health needs in the developing world; and (2) I will take up my $15 K allocation in the SPP.
I will be travelling again today and over the weekend however I will use that time to try and get my thoughts in order and I'll endeavour to post in some detail at some stage over the weekend.
