And the answer is, $7.4M dollars worth including shortfall applications. So all shortfall applications will be accepted.
With my rights and shortfall, I will now hold more shares in AYN than any other company (by volume). By value it will still be my smallest holding. And, if they manage to trade at more than half a cent, I might even be able to sell them!
