    If the directors of BNR took up any of the recent Spp with thier own funds one would think they'll have to lodge the relevant 3Y's soon to notify of their change in interest....if of course they did actually buy any with their own funds. Holders will know in due course .....No 3Y will mean directors of BNR didn't participate in the Spp. - not a good look if that turns out to be the case
