amitz, our former Chairman, Richard Poole, recently at the centre of ICAC has watched over Adavale Resources for 6 years and seen $8 million blown on Consultancy Fees, which he has pocketed about $1.5 million himself.
He still owns a large quantity of shares but ICAC reports recommends changing his with criminal offences so I wouldn't be going too hard here.
Sadly Management had no plans and just used this as a vehicle to support their First class flights and rental properties.
I would tread very very carefully.
