HKSX process cumbersome, word is that Canada twice as onerous as Aust and HK twice as onerous as Canada.
Patience required though market clearly nervous of bidders intent in current conditions. Dingyi must lodge bidders statement by Sep 1.Once lodged and HKSX approval gained then goes to s/holders.
