    re: Ann: CLZ: Variation & Exercise of Option ... GWR previously gave 90% of the Doherty Project to CLZ for the sum of $80k. Which to me seemed pretty favorable to CLZ. But what would i know.

    Now GWR turn around and give CLZ the full 100% for a further 50K in shares?
