Tino has said that he wants to do a deal with someone who will add new and substantial value to the task of unlocking the gas in the Cooper basin.. He said that this is more, or as, crucial as providing financial support.

I hope that he has followed through on this.

And I hope that the delayed conclusion of a farm-in deal has been in part due to his pursuit (and capture) of this aspect.
