re: Ann: EMX: CXU: Extension of Closing Date ... So the two biggest shareholders are tipping in more money and convert the loans to shares. This is the easiest way to avoid a compulsory take over. They obviously see the value. I wonder if they can force the rest of us into a compulsory acquisition. They need 90% of the shares t do that. TS hold more shares in his super and I believe in his own name. I don't know whether TS's Chinese mate has any more holdings in either his or a related party names. I guess I will never know.
