Probably as soon as he receives sufficient remuneration as a director he will pay his bill - or not!
What surprises me is that ASIC has allowed this to go on so long since the original shambles became known.
Is it permissible for a company to give credit to subscribers for shares - at no cost - at no interest - and without any explanation to other shareholders WHO HAVE PAID FOR THEIR SHARES?
I would think not - but I must be wrong because nothing has happened. It is apparently quite proper for directors to treat their shareholders as mushrooms in this instance.
